
Senior/Staff AI Scientist, Antibody Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Advance and implement protein design models aimed at antibody drug development.
• Utilize expertise in deep learning, protein design and engineering, drug discovery, natural language processing, computer vision, and molecular dynamics.
• Create and evaluate innovative methods for developing therapeutic antibodies in silico.
• Design new machine learning models to discover novel targets and generate candidate antibody therapeutics.
• Collaborate with teams in AI Research, AI Engineering, Computational Biology, and Protein Engineering.
• Establish test-time computing strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of the design pipeline.
• Conduct multi-objective optimization to meet therapeutic design objectives.
• Address specific design challenges with AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze both in silico and in vitro validation results to refine design and evaluation techniques.
• Produce and publish impactful research findings.
• Ensure that the work produced is accessible and understandable to scientists from other disciplines.
• Acquire new technical skills to enhance scientific contributions.
• PhD or equivalent experience in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computational Biology, Computational Chemistry, Biophysics, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of research experience at the intersection of machine learning and protein design, molecular modeling, or a similar field, preferably including industry experience.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and assessing cutting-edge AI algorithms for protein design and protein structure prediction.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.
• Experience in presenting complex technical information to varied audiences.
• Strong publication history in reputable, high-impact journals and conferences.
