Senior/Principal Consultant – Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects that focus on designing, enhancing, and digitizing quality management systems.

• Assume responsibility for deliverables in small to medium-sized client projects.

• Evaluate existing structures and processes to create sustainable solutions.

• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices within the life sciences sector.

• Represent MAIN5 at industry conferences and events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.

• Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, or in consulting, with a strong emphasis on quality processes, quality systems, and GxP requirements.

• Hands-on experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), particularly Veeva Vault Quality.

• Skills in structured problem solving, process analysis, project management, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.

• Strong client presence and the capability to clearly articulate complex topics.

• Proficient in English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
