Senior/Mid Frontend Engineer - React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and implement intricate, scalable frontend systems.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to jointly create requirements and define the project scope.

• Steer technical decision-making for features of medium to large scale.

• Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions.

• Take charge of the frontend technology stack by proactively identifying and addressing bottlenecks.

• Promote and implement best practices in React, TypeScript, and web performance enhancement.

• Work alongside Data Science and Backend Engineers to ensure smooth data integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software engineering with a strong focus on modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• Demonstrated capability to architect complex state management solutions.

• Proficiency in developing robust and efficient unit and integration tests using tools such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.

• Comprehensive knowledge of web performance, browser mechanics, and optimization strategies for data-intensive applications.

• Must have authorization to work in Mexico without the need for sponsorship.
