Senior/Mid Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Engaging in discussions regarding both high-level and low-level technical and business requirements with clients.

• Actively participating in or facilitating architectural discussions.

• Ensuring that the team is equipped with all necessary resources to efficiently complete their tasks.

• Tailoring the team structure to align with project demands and company culture.

• Overseeing project progress, identifying potential risks, and managing them effectively.

• Making informed decisions collaboratively with clients and technical leaders who report to you.

• Involvement in company procedures, including hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.

• Proven hands-on experience and a successful track record in a technical discipline.

• Familiarity with and understanding of at least two of the following areas: software development, IT infrastructure, cloud services, CI/CD.

• Proficient knowledge of computer networks.

• Experience in managing teams and individual contributors.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level).

• Background in working with Agile methodologies and projects.

• Experience with fixed-price and time & materials projects.
