This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Lead and oversee distributed AgileRPO teams, ensuring outstanding delivery across various clients, time zones, and functions.
• Drive recruitment operations based on daily sprints, ensuring consistent output, productivity, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Provide strong remote leadership, coaching, mentoring, and support to Talent Partners to ensure their success in fast-paced, high-volume mandates.
• Manage and enhance AgileRPO performance, including capacity planning, forecasting, reporting, client stakeholder management, and escalations.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, offering advice on hiring strategies, workforce planning, talent market insights, and process improvements.
• Ensure smooth execution of global hiring requirements across both technical and non-technical roles, including senior and specialized talent segments.
• Implement scalable recruitment processes, talent analytics, and quality frameworks to enhance overall delivery.
• Contribute to internal hiring and the growth of the team as Cygnify expands into new regions.
• Over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years managing recruiters in an RPO setting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and operating effectively in a digitally distributed environment.
• Strong grasp of recruiting sprints, agile workflows, and productivity tracking.
• Proven success in hiring for technology and go-to-market (GTM) roles; exposure to non-technical hiring is an advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing, advising, and driving results with senior client leaders.
• Data-driven approach with experience utilizing ATS/CRM systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Ability to excel in a rapidly scaling environment with changing priorities and global demands.
