Senior/Lead User Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Setting up the infrastructure for launching paid traffic on META

• Initiating the first META Ads traffic for the product

• Developing a system for stable and continuous testing of marketing hypotheses

• Becoming a mentor for the current User Acquisition team

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with META Ads in B2C SaaS products

• Proven track record in managing advertising budgets (from $500,000 / mo)

• Seeking data-driven validation of hypotheses

• Appreciates unconventional approaches

• Proactive and eager to quickly advance towards a people-manager role

• Intermediate English proficiency (B1+)
