Senior/Lead .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and improve new features for the platform

• Design and build scalable backend services

• Engage in architectural and technical discussions

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code

• Work collaboratively with distributed teams across the project

• For Team Lead: Guide technical decisions and implementation strategies

• For Team Lead: Mentor and assist team members

• For Team Lead: Uphold engineering best practices and code quality standards

• For Team Lead: Take part in planning, estimation, and coordination tasks

• For Team Lead: Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other development teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in software development

• Strong commercial proficiency in C#, .NET 8+, and contemporary development practices

• Experience with Entity Framework

• Solid understanding of Microsoft SQL Server

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Service Bus

• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with unit testing and xUnit

• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency

• For Team Lead: Experience in leading or mentoring engineers

• For Team Lead: Experience in making technical decisions and driving implementation strategies

• For Team Lead: Ability to coordinate development activities and support the team

• For Team Lead: Experience in taking ownership of technical solutions and delivery

• Nice to have: Experience in Healthcare or Insurance sectors

• Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf
