Senior/Lead Full Stack Developer – Java, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain scalable applications utilizing Java and contemporary frontend technologies.

• Set an example and guide a development team in daily project delivery while consistently enhancing engineering practices.

• Facilitate technical discussions and engage in architectural decision-making.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure the production of clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Assume responsibility for features and independently deliver comprehensive solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial software development using Java.

• Extensive experience with Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.

• Proficient knowledge of JavaScript and React.js.

• Experience in designing and developing APIs.

• Strong grasp of relational and NoSQL databases, with proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.

• Solid understanding of design patterns, principles of clean code, and testing practices.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum working environments.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Willingness to incorporate modern AI tools into daily development workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT).
