Senior/Lead Consultant, SuccessFactors Employee Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implement and provide support for customer projects centered around SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Evaluate customer needs and devise strategies for the effective implementation and operation of SuccessFactors solutions.

• Assist throughout all project phases, from initial workshops and solution design to implementation and post-go-live support.

• Conduct customer workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer independently.

• Aid in presales activities, which include system demonstrations, solution presentations, and preparation of proposals.

• Assume technical ownership of the Employee Central module and contribute to the development and growth of the SuccessFactors practice.

• Manage smaller project streams or sub-projects while closely collaborating with customer stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Over 7 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.

• Current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• A proven history of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR business processes.

• Experience in leading workshops, advising stakeholders, and taking responsibility for Employee Central workstreams.

• A keen interest in and understanding of AI-driven innovations within SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.

• Strong analytical abilities and a solution-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficient in German and fluent in English.
