This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a strategic ally to area leaders, including People, Finance, Legal & Regulatory, Operations, and Revenue, by aiding in people and business decisions.
• Anticipate the needs of leaders, assess organizational requirements, and present cohesive people-management solutions.
• Oversee performance management cycles, encompassing calibration, individual development plans (IDPs), and the monitoring of structured feedback.
• Assist managers in making decisions regarding internal mobility, promotions, and compensation strategies.
• Plan and oversee annual workforce planning, ensuring that business strategy aligns with organizational capacity.
• Analyze HR and business metrics (such as turnover, eNPS, and performance), offering data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Cultivate leadership development and maturity by supporting leaders in managing challenging conversations and sensitive decisions.
• Partner with People specialist areas, including Compensation, Talent, and Organizational Development (OD), to ensure the integration of HR solutions.
• Facilitate diagnostic and engagement initiatives by interpreting engagement surveys and coordinating action plans for ongoing improvement.
• Champion the organizational culture and company values, ensuring that management practices are consistent with the company’s purpose.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for at least 4 years, or as an HR generalist with direct engagement with leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of performance management, compensation, labor legislation, and leadership development.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing HR and business metrics, with the capability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities across various organizational levels.
• Strong strategic thinking and systemic approach, coupled with a high degree of autonomy and business acumen.
