Senior Workforce Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate workforce management projects associated with company separation.

• Direct substantial system transitions from ADP to Dayforce.

• Gather and verify business requirements.

• Partner with IT, HRIS, Operations, and external vendors.

• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support post-implementation.

• Relay system modifications and assist in training efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workforce Management or HR IT project management.

• Proven experience in supporting WFM system deployments.

• Strong capabilities in gathering business requirements.

• Familiarity with UAT, comprehensive testing, and smoke testing.

• Excellent project management abilities.

• Advanced analytical skills are essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
