Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take a pivotal role in enhancing Syner G’s enterprise applications and data platform through business analysis, requirements gathering, system administration, governance, integration development, and reporting.

• Gather, document, and uphold business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise systems and data initiatives.

• Create and maintain system and data architecture diagrams, data models, workflows, and associated documentation.

• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to convert needs into actionable requirements.

• Assist in the design and delivery of data flows, integrations, and reporting solutions.

• Oversee user provisioning and role-based access across enterprise applications and data products.

• Diagnose system and data issues; facilitate resolution with internal teams and vendors.

• Aid in upgrades, enhancements, and data migration initiatives.

• Support configuration, testing, environment management, and update deployments.

• Document requirements for integration updates and modernization efforts.

• Define current and future state integration processes, data flows, and handoffs.

• Collaborate with internal and external vendors to create and implement improved system integrations.

• Develop native Kantata, NetSuite, and Salesforce reporting solutions tailored to business needs.

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of centralized reporting within Power BI.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of semantic models for consistent metrics and definitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field is required.

• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, enterprise systems support, or data/reporting environments.

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, PSA, analytics, or integration platforms.

• Exposure to data integration concepts, reporting tools, and system implementations.

• Practical experience with Jira and participation in scrum rituals such as planning, refinement, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Experience with any of the following platforms is preferred: Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, ADP, Salesforce, NetSuite, Kantata, DataBlend.

• Strong business analysis skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Working knowledge of SQL, Power Query (M), Apex, SOQL, or similar data languages.

• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and data workflows.

• Knowledge of role-based security and user access management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
