Senior Workday Integrations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main Workday expert for HCM configuration, enhancing and preserving essential HR data, organizational frameworks, and employee lifecycles.

• Create, develop, and troubleshoot Workday integrations (such as EIBs, Core Connectors, RAAS, Studio) to link Workday with vital downstream systems.

• Oversee the configuration of Workday security, encompassing domain security policies, business process security, role-based access controls (RBAC), and masking policies. Ensure the system is ready for audits and that sensitive HR data is effectively segmented.

• Set up, test, and implement intricate business processes, conditional rules, and approval workflows to automate manual HR tasks and guarantee operational effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with People Operations, Security, Data Engineering, and Finance to collect requirements, rectify data discrepancies, and back strategic initiatives.

• Administer Workday release cycles, which includes testing new features, conducting regression tests, and implementing updates in the production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience in Workday configuration and administration, with significant expertise in Workday HCM.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and managing Workday integration architecture (EIBs, Core Connectors, API connections).

• In-depth understanding of Workday security configuration (domain/business process security, role-based access, and audit compliance).

• High-level proficiency in configuring the Workday Business Process Framework (conditional rules, notifications, advanced routing).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
