Senior Workday HRIS Analyst – Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution and improvement of Workday modules

• Act as a Functional Expert across Workday Solutions

• Collaborate with the Project Team, Business Stakeholders, and HR Leaders

• Assist with Works Council consultations and ensure adherence to local regulations

• Propel Workday Innovation, AI, and Digital Transformation

• Foster User Adoption and Organizational Success

• Diagnose system issues and work together on integrations

• Keep abreast of Workday updates and industry developments

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the complete implementation or rollout of Core HCM modules

• Strong understanding of core HCM localization and legislative needs across various countries

• Demonstrated ability to lead or assist in workshops centered on Workday Core HCM modules

• Significant hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday HCM and Compensation modules

• Practical experience with Workday Advanced Modules beyond Core HCM

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of any European language is advantageous
