Senior Workday HCM Reporting Consultant, Certification Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary consultant on various client projects with minimal supervision.

• Comprehend client business needs and offer support during the design, configuration, and prototyping stages, while also assisting clients with testing and transitioning to Production.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to keep them updated on project progress, modifications, and other relevant information.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on projects.

• Maintain accurate forecasts in a timely manner.

• Support the Sales team with presentations, demonstrations, and Level of Efforts (LOEs).

• Keep abreast of industry developments, Workday updates, and provide insights on Workday best practices.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster enduring relationships with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required Workday certifications with implementer access include: Workday HCM Core, Workday Reporting, and at least one of the following: Benefits, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, PEX, Learning.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead Workday Reporting consultant at a partner firm is essential.

• Preference will be given to candidates with Workday Reporting experience in higher education and/or government sectors.

• Must have a proven track record of independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Workday Phase X implementations.

• All required Workday certifications must remain active throughout employment with ERPA.

• Strong organizational skills are imperative.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Experience in creating complex HCM reports (Advanced, Composite, and Matrix) is essential.

• Comprehensive understanding of Workday reporting processes and best practices is required.
