Senior Workday HCM Data Conversion Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services across various client engagements with minimal oversight.

• Develop, validate, and execute data conversion strategies for third-party systems transitioning to Workday.

• Design, architect, create, and implement functional business processes, data conversion, and reporting solutions.

• Comprehend client business needs and offer guidance throughout the design, configuration, and prototyping phases.

• Support clients during testing phases and assist with production deployment efforts.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to convey project status and updates.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

• Maintain accurate and timely forecasts.

• Assist the Sales team with presentations, demonstrations, and Level of Efforts (LOEs).

• Stay updated on industry trends and Workday advancements.

• Provide insights on Workday best practices.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster long-term client relationships.

• Contribute to the growth of ERPA’s Workday practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday HCM Core certification with Implementer access.

• Workday Data Conversion Services certification with Implementer access.

• A minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in leading, developing, validating, and executing data conversion in Workday across multiple functional areas.

• Familiarity with EIBs, Advanced Loads, Object Transporter, and loading baseline configurations.

• Experience with Workday implementations.

• Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, SalesForce, or ZenDesk is preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills that are adaptable and engaging.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time.

• Open to candidates requiring sponsorship transfer.

• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks, including licensing verification, where applicable.
