Senior Workday Financials Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Execute hands-on configuration, administration, and support across various Workday Financials modules.

• Take charge of production support tasks independently, troubleshoot issues, and provide prompt resolutions.

• Collect business requirements from Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and cross-functional stakeholders, transforming them into scalable Workday solutions.

• Assist priority business initiatives in different Financials domains as organizational requirements change.

• Design, configure, and enhance Workday Financials solutions.

• Aid in enhancements, system optimizations, and ongoing process improvement projects.

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system defects with minimal disruption to business operations.

• Collaborate with both technical and functional teams on reporting, integrations, and platform enhancements.

• Contribute to strategic Finance transformation initiatives and the development of future platform capabilities.

• Maintain documentation for configurations, business processes, and solution designs.

• Provide support to stakeholders across U.S. time zones.

• Manage workload across multiple Financials domains, reduce backlog, enhance responsiveness, and deliver scalable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of practical experience with Workday Financials.

• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.

• Experience in both production support and project-based work.

• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and systems thinking abilities.

• Demonstrated expertise across various Financials domains.

• Financial Accounting experience is of the highest priority.

• Experience with Expenses and Business Assets.

• Banking & Settlement experience is considered a secondary priority.

• VNDLY experience is preferred but not mandatory.
