Senior Workday Consultant, HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Serves as the Delivery Project / Functional Lead for consulting delivery related to Workday HCM.

• Conducts analysis of business processes, documents decisions, and configures requirements.

• Develops recommendations and solutions for configuration and design while sharing best practices for Workday HCM.

• Oversees project management, including scope, timeline, and budget management, while addressing issue resolutions.

• Leads the testing process by writing test scripts, preparing testing data, and resolving testing issues.

• Manages multiple projects simultaneously.

• Provides support for sales opportunities with an emphasis on Workday HCM.

• Assists the sales team by providing support for Workday HCM product demonstrations.

• Offers support during sales calls and meetings related to Workday HCM.

• Aids in the development of sales service package offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation is required, demonstrating proven project delivery through the complete project lifecycle for Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, or Payroll.

• Over 5 years of experience in cloud technology implementation and project management and/or as a Functional Lead is required.

• At least 2 years of support experience with Workday HCM product demonstrations is a plus.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday HCM sales scoping support is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of HR business processes at all levels (Employee, Managers, and HR Business Partners) is essential.

• Capable of problem analysis, exercising sound judgment, and efficiently resolving issues.

• Excellent communication skills are necessary.

• Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities are required.

• Exceptional customer service skills are a must.

• Experience in operations and system analysis is beneficial.

• A background in project management is preferred.

• Ability to present to companies both virtually and onsite is necessary.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
