
Senior Workday Analyst β Talent Management, Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Configure, manage, and sustain Workday Talent processes, which include performance review cycles, talent assessments, calibration workflows, and associated system processes.
β’ Develop, execute, and support tailored talent programs, employee development initiatives, and review procedures.
β’ Act as the primary administrator for Workday Learning capabilities.
β’ Set up, initiate, oversee, and sustain learning campaigns, compliance training, onboarding training, role-specific training, and employee development initiatives.
β’ Administer and oversee Workday Journeys, covering content, workflows, security roles, distribution rules, and lifecycle experience automation.
β’ Provide Tier 2 HRIS assistance for inquiries, issues, configuration challenges, and service cases related to Workday.
β’ Discover opportunities to automate HR processes, enhance user experience, and implement AI-driven solutions.
β’ Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate issues related to talent management, learning, reporting, core HCM functionalities, and user experience.
β’ Create, update, and resolve Workday reports and dashboards.
β’ Examine HR data to identify trends, enhance processes, assist in decision-making, and ensure data accuracy.
β’ Assess Workday's semi-annual release features and suggest feature adoption.
β’ Engage in testing, implementation, and deployment of new HRIS functionalities, releases, enhancements, and process improvements.
β’ Document system configurations, procedures, training materials, and best practices.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ 3β5 years of experience with Workday HCM, including Workday Talent & Performance, Workday Learning, and/or Workday Journeys.
β’ Experience in supporting talent management, performance management, learning management, employee development systems, or related HR processes.
β’ Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports and dashboards.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
β’ Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
β’ Ability to uphold confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee data and HR systems.
β’ Preferred experience in HR case management, shared services, or Tier 2 HRIS support.
β’ Preferred familiarity with Workday Talent Marketplace and Workday Succession Planning.
β’ Preferred experience in configuring HR workflows, business processes, campaigns, or employee lifecycle programs.
β’ Preferred experience in supporting performance review cycles, talent calibration, compliance training, or employee development programs.
β’ Preferred experience with AI-driven productivity, automation, reporting, or analytics tools.
β’ Preferred Workday certifications or advanced training in Workday.
β’ Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.
