Senior WEBCON BPS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive WEBCON BPS solutions, encompassing application architecture, process models, data structures, and integration strategies.

• Execute intricate processes, business rules, and reports utilizing Designer Studio.

• Enhance the platform through the implementation of SDK plugins in C#.

• Spearhead integrations with ERP, DMS, identity systems, and external APIs.

• Establish reusable integration patterns.

• Collaborate with architects to make informed technical decisions regarding platform configuration, performance, upgrades, and environment setups.

• Evaluate solutions produced by other developers.

• Uphold standards for naming, versioning, and deployment.

• Assist in estimating and scoping new requirements alongside the client and delivery lead.

• Guide mid-level developers and disseminate knowledge throughout the team.

• Diagnose production issues and facilitate root-cause analysis for critical workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion dedicated to WEBCON BPS.

• Demonstrated success in delivering multiple WEBCON BPS applications from conception to production, including migrations or upgrades.

• Proficient skills in WEBCON Designer Studio.

• Familiarity with the WEBCON SDK (C#, .NET).

• Strong T-SQL skills on Microsoft SQL Server, particularly in optimizing process-related queries.

• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced form customization.

• Extensive knowledge of system integration techniques (REST, SOAP, authentication mechanisms).

• Comprehension of business process modeling and the capability to convert business requirements into process designs.

• Proficient in written and spoken English for client interactions and documentation.

• Experience with Camunda or other BPMN-based process engines.

• WEBCON BPS certifications.

• Background in SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform integrations.

• Proven experience delivering solutions for clients in financial services or manufacturing sectors with formal compliance and audit requirements.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices or release management within WEBCON environments.
