Senior WEBCON BPS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the WEBCON practice focused on delivering business process automation solutions for clients in the financial services, technology, and manufacturing sectors.

• Develop comprehensive WEBCON BPS solutions, encompassing application architecture, process models, data structures, and integration strategies.

• Implement intricate processes, business rules, and reporting within the Designer Studio.

• Enhance the platform using SDK plugins written in C#.

• Lead the integration efforts with ERP, DMS, identity systems, and external APIs.

• Establish reusable integration patterns.

• Collaborate with architects to make informed technical decisions regarding platform configuration, performance, upgrades, and environment setup.

• Review solutions created by other developers.

• Uphold standards for naming, versioning, and deployment.

• Assist in estimating and scoping new requirements alongside the client and delivery lead.

• Mentor mid-level developers and disseminate knowledge throughout the team.

• Diagnose production issues and conduct root-cause analysis for critical workflows.

• Serve as the technical reference point for the client team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial software development experience, with a significant portion spent on WEBCON BPS.

• Demonstrated success in delivering multiple WEBCON BPS applications from design to production, including migrations or upgrades.

• Proficient skills in WEBCON Designer Studio.

• Familiarity with the WEBCON SDK (C#, .NET).

• Strong T-SQL experience on Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning for process-related queries.

• Competence in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced form customization.

• Solid understanding of system integration techniques (REST, SOAP, authentication mechanisms).

• Ability to model business processes and translate business requirements into process designs.

• Proficient in written and spoken English for client interactions and documentation.

• Experience with Camunda or another BPMN-based process engine.

• WEBCON BPS certifications are preferred.

• Experience integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.

• Background in delivering solutions for financial services or manufacturing clients with formal compliance and audit requirements.

• Familiarity with CI/CD or release management practices for WEBCON environments.
