This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee quality assurance testing for websites, applications, and digital platforms.
• Create, implement, and sustain detailed test plans.
• Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and anticipated functionalities to guarantee sufficient test coverage.
• Conduct browser, layout, functional, and responsive testing on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Recognize, document, prioritize, and communicate defects, inconsistencies, risks, and user experience challenges.
• Evaluate websites and applications against predefined requirements, acceptance criteria, client expectations, and quality benchmarks.
• Examine content, links, forms, analytics tags and triggers, and associated functionalities.
• Detect and report content, legal, analytics, security, and compliance inconsistencies.
• Engage directly with clients and internal team members to assist in triaging, clarifying, and resolving issues.
• Offer QA guidance and recommendations when issues necessitate judgment, prioritization, or further investigation.
• Adhere to and enhance QA processes, documentation standards, and testing methodologies.
• Handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently, often under tight deadlines.
• Support client training, documentation, or process guidance as required.
• Quickly adapt to new tools, systems, processes, and client environments.
• Appropriately utilize AI tools to boost productivity, analysis, documentation, and workflow.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital quality assurance or an equivalent blend of education, technical training, and relevant experience.
• Robust technical background and comprehension of web technologies.
• Experience in leading QA testing for websites, applications, or digital platforms.
• Familiarity with browser testing on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Proficient in writing, executing, and maintaining test plans.
• Capability to test against requirements, acceptance criteria, and expected functionality.
• Knowledge of layout, responsive design, browser behavior, accessibility considerations, and user experience principles.
• Skill in identifying and documenting functional, layout, content, analytics, legal, security, and compliance-related issues.
• Ability to assess defects, determine severity, communicate impact, and suggest next steps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in documenting issues clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Ability to convey technical concerns in a professional and comprehensible manner.
• Proven ability to interact directly with clients for clarification, triaging, and resolution of issues.
• Capability to support client training or create client-facing documentation as necessary.
• Ability to professionally explain QA findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Capacity to work independently without daily QA oversight.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established processes.
• Skill in identifying needs for process clarification, improvement, or escalation.
• Strong inclination for detail-oriented tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside within the continental United States.

• Must complete Form I-9 and verify identity and employment authorization.
• Must be comfortable utilizing AI responsibly while maintaining sound judgment, thorough review, technical fundamentals, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Nice-to-have: experience in breakpoint testing, web functional testing, browser and layout testing, Google Analytics tag and trigger testing, security testing, automated testing, FinTech/banking or regulated industry experience, client-facing technical support or training, development/coding/scripting, accessibility testing, QA process enhancement, and successful remote work experience.
