Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Utilize your expertise in water infrastructure design for impactful local and national initiatives.

• Oversee project execution from business development through design to construction, managing the commercial aspects.

• Provide technical guidance with assistance from multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality, timely, and budget-compliant results.

• Mentor junior personnel and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external clients across various sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential, with RPEQ / CPEng highly regarded.

• Proven experience in managing and working on complex multidisciplinary projects while meeting delivery expectations in the water infrastructure sector.

• A keen interest in succession planning and long-term advancement within a global organization.

• Capability to collaborate effectively at both internal and external, client-facing levels, fostering new client relationships and sustaining existing networks.

• A desire to guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the development of our talent pipeline.
