Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Utilize your expertise in water infrastructure design to contribute to impactful local and national projects.

• Oversee project delivery from the initial business development phase through design and into construction, while managing commercial aspects effectively.

• Provide technical guidance with the assistance of multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that outcomes are of high quality, timely, and adhere to budget constraints.

• Mentor junior team members and foster strong relationships with both internal and external clients across various sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential; RPEQ / CPEng accreditation is highly regarded.

• Proven experience in managing and working on complex multidisciplinary projects while meeting delivery expectations in the water infrastructure sector.

• A genuine interest in succession planning and long-term growth within a global organization.

• Capability to collaborate effectively at both internal and external levels, developing new client relationships while maintaining existing networks within the business.

• A commitment to guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers, contributing to the cultivation of our talent pipeline.
