This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with leadership in Global Technology and Customer Fulfillment to define the strategic direction for global distribution warehouse systems.
• Oversee strategic planning, operational management, and compliance for the global distribution network.
• Develop and manage current and future M&A initiatives to elevate sites to the necessary system-integration capability levels.
• Ensure that global distribution system activities and processes adhere to ISO standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, Trade Compliance, VAT, Health & Safety, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Establish and enforce programs for MAWM code maintenance and maintain operating-system currency.
• Participate in the Global Customer Fulfillment Leadership Team to devise and implement U.S. and global logistics-technology strategies.
• Identify logistics requirements to foster business growth and develop innovative logistics-technology models.
• Ensure that Business Continuity Plans are established for global distribution locations.
• Enhance organizational capability and improve distribution processes through warehouse and transactional automation solutions.
• Lead and manage integration vendors and partners to guarantee timely system implementations.
• Uphold RealTruck's core values and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related discipline is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in program management is required.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Wrike.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of ERP, OMS, and WMS configuration/design is essential.
• Familiarity with Manhattan, IFS, or Korber is advantageous.
• Experience with SQL is a plus.
• Background in strategic planning, budget management, and vendor/partner management is preferred.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership capabilities and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for global distribution operations.
• Willingness to travel frequently as required.
• Capacity to perform sedentary office work and utilize standard office equipment.
