This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +2 more states.
• Work collaboratively with leadership from Global Technology and Customer Fulfillment to define the strategy for global distribution warehouse systems.
• Oversee the development and ongoing management of mergers and acquisitions activities to achieve necessary system integration capabilities at various sites.
• Ensure that activities and processes associated with the global distribution system adhere to ISO standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, FCPA, Trade Compliance, VAT, Health & Safety regulations, and other applicable laws.
• Create and implement programs to maintain compliance and keep MAWM code line extensions updated across operating systems.
• Engage in the Global Customer Fulfillment Leadership Team, and design and execute logistics-technology strategies for both U.S. and global operations.
• Assess logistics requirements that facilitate business expansion and develop new logistics technology frameworks.
• Assure that Business Continuity Plans are established for all global distribution sites.
• Enhance organizational capabilities and improve distribution processes through the application of warehouse and transactional automation solutions.
• Manage integration vendors and partners to guarantee timely system go-lives.
• Exemplify RealTruck's core values and contribute positively to the organizational culture.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management is required.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Wrike is necessary.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with ERP, OMS, and WMS configuration and design is essential.
• Familiarity with Manhattan, IFS, or Korber systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Background in strategic planning, budget management, and vendor/partner relations is required.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for global distribution operations.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Ability to synthesize complex information, gather and research data, and design workflows and procedures.
• Capability to work within established budgets and propose cost-saving initiatives.
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues, analyzing information, and formulating alternative solutions.
• Ability to perform under pressure, treat others with respect, accept responsibility, and fulfill commitments.
• Competence in enhancing quality, achieving productivity targets, and completing tasks on schedule.
