Senior VP of Performance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute standardized scorecards across the network, region, center, and provider levels.

• Take ownership of the performance review process, encompassing everything from operational meetings to board reporting.

• Drive the discovery and implementation of best practices throughout a decentralized, physician-led organization.

• Collaborate with the CEO, Chief Growth Officer, CFO, Medical and Lab Directors, and the PE sponsor to establish enduring systems and capabilities.

• Convert KPI trends into thorough root-cause analyses and actionable improvement strategies.

• Effectively influence physician leaders, lab directors, and center managers without having direct authority over them.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations or operational excellence, preferably in multi-site, specialty care, or PE-backed settings.

• Proven history of developing performance frameworks and process standards across distributed organizations.

• Experience in reproductive medicine or women's health is preferred.

• Previous experience with PE-backed platforms is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
