Senior Visual Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive visual design and layout of critical pitch decks, credentials presentations, and business development proposals.

• Convert strategic frameworks, data insights, and creative ideas into clear, engaging, and visually striking presentation slides.

• Work collaboratively with Growth teams, Creative Directors, and Strategists to ensure that visual narratives align with pitch goals.

• Create graphic assets for internal agency initiatives and executive presentations.

• Develop and uphold pitch design templates, typography systems, and motion graphics elements.

• Maintain visual excellence, alignment, and quality control, even under tight pitch deadlines.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest visual design trends, presentation technologies, motion graphics, and storytelling formats used within the agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Visual Designer or Presentation Designer, preferably within an agency or a fast-paced creative setting in a multinational holding company.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English (C1 level).

• Strong confidence in presenting designs to internal teams and leadership.

• An exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in presentation design, pitch decks, layout, typography, and visual brand systems.

• Demonstrated experience working with international colleagues, possessing cultural fluency and the ability to communicate effectively across different time zones and backgrounds.

• Keen attention to detail and a quick grasp of information.

• Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach.

• Advanced skills in Figma, Keynote, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Ability to excel in high-pressure pitch environments, managing tight deadlines and rapid iterations without compromising on quality.

• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication abilities.

• Candidates with a degree in Engineering or a related field must provide proof of their professional license.
