Senior Visual Designer – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop exceptional visual designs for websites, digital marketing efforts, emails, social media, and various other digital platforms.

• Craft sleek and responsive web experiences utilizing typography, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Transform creative direction and brand standards into refined digital experiences.

• Generate design concepts from initial brainstorming to final execution.

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, content, development, and other interdisciplinary teams.

• Present design ideas and articulate design choices effectively.

• Integrate feedback from stakeholders and refine designs accordingly.

• Oversee multiple projects and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Uphold visual quality and meticulous attention to detail across all outputs.

• Take ownership of assigned projects and proactively advance work.

• Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee precise implementation.

• Utilize AI tools throughout the creative process.

• Advanced skills in Figma for digital and web design.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

• Strong grasp of responsive web design principles and digital design processes.

• Excellent typography, layout, and composition abilities.

• Profound understanding of spacing, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.

• Experience in creating and maintaining cohesive visual systems across digital platforms.

• Capacity to design refined, user-centered digital experiences.

• Strong skills in design presentation and teamwork.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
