Motion Graphics Designer – Flex

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for instructional, educational, and digital content across various platforms.

• Collaborate with creative teams, producers, and stakeholders to understand project goals, creative briefs, and content strategies.

• Design and animate graphic elements, title sequences, transitions, lower thirds, infographics, and other visual components.

• Edit and compile video content incorporating motion graphics, visual effects, audio, and other creative elements.

• Ensure that creative assets adhere to brand standards, visual guidelines, and project objectives.

• Create graphics that enhance creative briefs and convey complex information through visual storytelling.

• Implement platform-specific requirements and best practices across social media, digital, web, and video channels.

• Handle multiple projects at once while adhering to deadlines.

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to review concepts, integrate feedback, and deliver final assets punctually.

• Organize and manage project files, templates, and creative assets in accordance with established workflows and file management standards.

• Proven experience in creating motion graphics, animations, and visual assets.

• Proficiency in editing and assembling video content.

• Experience in integrating motion graphics, visual effects, and audio.

• Familiarity with brand standards and visual guidelines.

• Understanding of platform-specific requirements and best practices across social media, digital, web, and video channels.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic production environment.

• Strong organizational skills for maintaining project files, templates, and creative assets.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Flexibility to work variable hours as dictated by business needs.

• Willingness to provide occasional early, late, or event-based support as necessary.
