This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the comprehensive vision for games, encompassing game mechanics, play style, and theme.

• Collaborate with mathematicians, artists, animators, and sound designers to bring games to fruition.

• Conduct playtesting and refine game math, mechanics, game flow, and visual presentation.

• Prioritize creating an exceptional player experience.

• Develop and maintain clear design documentation.

• Work alongside other game designers to offer gameplay feedback and suggestions for enhancements.

• Consistently play competitors’ games in both iGaming and land-based sectors to remain informed about industry trends and new mechanics.

• Spearhead the development of new games from inception to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing real-money slot games for iGaming or land-based markets.

• A degree in Mathematics, Game Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Exceptional written communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex and creative concepts to stakeholders worldwide.

• Current knowledge of industry trends, emerging game mechanics, and player expectations.

• Proficiency with wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.

• Capability to navigate comfortably between strategic and detailed levels.

• Strong organizational skills and structure in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly creative, crafting experiences that are both intuitive and enjoyable.

• Meticulous attention to detail and refinement.

• Ability to give, receive, and act on feedback in a constructive manner.
