This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• The primary objective is to enhance revenue in the region by onboarding and retaining VIP clients.
• Develop an AUM strategy and optimize revenue based on the product offerings at OKX.
• Collaborate closely with the local executive leadership team to influence the overall strategic direction of the organization.
• Lead partnership initiatives by identifying suitable partners and conducting partnership negotiations.
• Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Foster long-term client relationships to gain referrals and develop new sales channels, including the origination of prospective clients.
• Engage in proactive account management, collaborating with operations to inform clients about potential issues such as frozen accounts or EDD.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that customers are fully informed about the value proposition of OKX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
• Fully bilingual in both Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance, or trading sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving and surpassing targets.
