This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with OKX's most significant VIP clients in NEA — including institutional accounts, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and key referral partners — with enhanced revenue responsibilities compared to a standard relationship management role.
• Recognize and respond to unexpressed client needs through both qualitative and quantitative analysis; generate senior-level client intelligence reports that guide product and commercial strategies.
• Create and oversee client service frameworks — encompassing tiering logic, escalation procedures, and service-level standards — that are adopted and followed by the wider team.
• Serve as a senior commercial collaborator with marketing, product, and operations teams; influence go-to-market strategies for VIP campaigns and product launches.
• Mentor and aid junior RMs; conduct quality assessments, share market insights, and assist in onboarding new team members into the client management methodology.
• Drive the acquisition of new VIP clients through strategic alliances, high-profile events, and executive-level networking — focusing on origination, not just execution.
• Maintain accurate portfolio data and lead weekly performance reviews with leadership; utilize data to proactively identify risks and suggest strategic adjustments.
• Over 5 years of experience in private banking, institutional sales, or VIP client management within international financial services — with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value portfolios.
• Proven capability to establish and maintain senior-level client relationships (C-suite, family offices, institutional trading desks) — not merely to maintain them.
• Experience in designing or enhancing client service processes, rather than just operating within them.
• Previous exposure to cryptocurrency exchanges or trading platforms is highly preferred; crypto-native candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong strategic thinking skills — able to step back from individual client needs to identify patterns, influence product direction, and inform commercial strategy.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity; capable of making judgment calls without waiting for guidance.
• Competitive total compensation package
• Learning and Development programs and education subsidies for employees' growth and development
• Various team-building programs and company events
• More that we love to share with you throughout the process!
