Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily operations of Amazon accounts across various European marketplaces.

• Monitor and safeguard the Account Health Rating in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, and emerging markets.

• Open, manage, and resolve Seller Support cases, Brand Registry concerns, and policy flags from start to finish.

• Identify and reactivate suppressed, inactive, or blocked listings.

• Create, enhance, and maintain product listings.

• Develop strategic parent-child variation structures that align with customer behavior and purchasing intent.

• Continuously enhance product detail pages, images, copy, and listing content through testing and optimization.

• Assist with product launches in the UK, Poland, Ireland, and the Netherlands while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Utilize Canva for basic editing, resizing assets, translated content, and listing visuals.

• Leverage AI tools like Claude for purchase planning, listing optimization, and translations.

• Concentrate on catalog and account operations; advertising and PPC management are not included in this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing Amazon accounts from start to finish.

• Practical experience with account health, case management, listing creation, suppressed listings, and catalog optimization.

• Experience with European Amazon marketplaces.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work independently.

• Basic understanding of Amazon PPC or advertising.

• Familiarity with parent-child relationships, variation structures, and catalog organization.

• Basic skills in Canva for simple edits and localized listing assets.

• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude for purchase planning, listing optimization, and translations.

• Experience using Helium 10.

• A reliable personal computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM.

• A stable primary internet connection with at least 100 Mbps speed.

• A verified backup internet connection to ensure uninterrupted work access.

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there.

• Availability for full-time work from Monday to Friday with a four-hour weekly overlap in CET.
