Senior Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the editing of intricate and high-profile video projects from initial footage to final output.

• Make sophisticated editorial choices while ensuring adherence to project objectives and brand guidelines.

• Utilize color correction, color grading, compositing, visual effects, layering, and masking techniques.

• Create and produce motion graphics, titles, and visual effects.

• Conduct professional audio editing, mixing, and sound design.

• Convert raw footage into engaging visual narratives while adhering to creative, technical, and brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in professional video editing and post-production.

• Demonstrated history of delivering intricate, high-quality video content.

• Capability to independently make creative and technical choices while remaining aligned with brand standards and business goals.

• Experience in mentoring or coaching editors while providing constructive and actionable feedback.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex creative and technical issues with minimal oversight.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with producers, videographers, designers, and cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining outstanding quality across all deliverables.

• Ability to establish best practices, enhance workflows, and elevate editorial quality within a creative team.
