Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term strategy that aligns with USEF's strategic goals.

• Identify, engage, solicit, and maintain relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals, foundations, and institutional partners.

• Direct resources towards opportunities that maximize impact, guided by USEF's unique positioning between funders and the field.

• Collaborate with funders to formulate strategic initiatives.

• Enhance USEF's visibility, credibility, and brand among key external stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing Strategic Partnerships team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven executive-level experience in leading fundraising and strategic partnerships for organizations with nine-figure budgets.

• Track record of success in engaging donors at the eight- and nine-figure levels.

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building, communication, storytelling, and collaboration, characterized by clarity, trust, and patience.

• Experience in creating innovative fundraising strategies and large-scale campaigns that motivate donor action.

• Demonstrated executive leadership and team management experience, exemplifying accountability as a key driver of success.

• Ability to thrive in complex, multi-site, remote-first, and culturally diverse environments.
