Senior Vice President, Quality and Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the enterprise training curriculum for all roles within RCM.

• Create and sustain training pathways for the adoption of AI tools.

• Supervise quality assurance programs for all human-generated outputs across service delivery.

• Take ownership of the analytics infrastructure and reporting functions that monitor delivery performance.

• Build and lead a high-achieving team of directors and individual contributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• An advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, informatics, or a related field is preferred.

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.

• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or higher).

• Extensive subject matter expertise in accounts receivable management, payer denials, complex claims, or health information management/coding operations.

• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling quality assurance programs.
