• Formulate the manufacturer strategy: Create and implement an engagement strategy that includes target accounts, partnership models, and market approach.
• Drive marketplace impact and revenue: Achieve measurable revenue through the execution of agreements related to Digital Prescription Services and Direct Pharma Marketplace.
• Finalize enterprise agreements: Secure substantial, intricate agreements that position Prescryptive as a prominent market access partner.
• Establish market leadership: Position Prescryptive as the leading technology company facilitating manufacturers’ direct access strategies.
• Identify, engage, and influence senior pharmaceutical leaders across Brand Leaders, Market Access, Trade/Channel, Innovation, and National Accounts, advancing opportunities throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
• Own and implement the manufacturer partnership strategy, setting distinct targets and accountability for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead negotiations, encompassing deal structuring, pricing alignment, and contract execution.
• Maintain clear visibility into pipeline performance, deal progression, and revenue forecasting to enhance decision-making.
• Act as a market leader and ambassador for Prescryptive, shaping external perception and building credibility with pharmaceutical executives and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to expedite deal progression.
• Utilize data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to guide deal strategy and enhance decision-making and prioritization.
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, market access, or strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical ecosystem.
• More than 5 years of direct commercial experience collaborating with pharmaceutical manufacturers (market access, trade, pricing, or partnerships).
• Proven history of originating and finalizing complex, high-value agreements.
• Demonstrated capability to generate new business and deliver measurable revenue results.
• Strongly established and actively leveraged relationships with senior pharmaceutical executives.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturer economics, including pricing, gross-to-net dynamics, and market access strategy.
• Ability to navigate intricate pharmaceutical organizations and align senior stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and persuasive communication abilities.
• Proficient with CRM platforms, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled tools.
• An MBA or advanced degree in business, health economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
