This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the Americas sales organization and achieve quarterly and annual bookings, ARR, and revenue objectives.
• Formulate and implement the comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with corporate growth goals.
• Create precise sales forecasts and ensure pipeline predictability.
• Foster consistent execution through disciplined sales management and operational excellence.
• Expand market share across enterprise, commercial, and strategic accounts.
• Enhance territory design, account segmentation, and resource distribution.
• Attract, cultivate, mentor, and retain top-tier sales leaders and enterprise Account Executives.
• Cultivate a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and high performance.
• Develop succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Conduct regular business reviews emphasizing pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, competitive positioning, and execution.
• Set clear performance metrics and monitor execution at all levels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, and Channel leadership to execute unified go-to-market strategies.
• Discover new markets, verticals, and growth opportunities.
• Align regional strategies with product launches and market priorities.
• Implement account-based selling approaches for Fortune 2000 companies.
• Personally interact with executive buyers on strategic initiatives.
• Establish trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, security leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Lead executive negotiations and intricate enterprise agreements.
• Assist teams in navigating competitive evaluations and executive presentations.
• Promote disciplined utilization of Salesforce and forecasting tools.
• Enhance pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and conversion metrics.
• Track sales productivity and optimize performance across regions.
• Create KPIs that enhance visibility into sales execution.
• Ensure consistent application of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Professional Services, Partner & Alliances, and Executive Leadership.
• Participate as a member of the executive revenue leadership team.
• Present forecasts, business reviews, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, customer trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Shape company strategy through insights gained from customers and the market.
• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales.
• 10+ years of experience leading regional or global enterprise sales teams.
• Proven success in selling enterprise cybersecurity software.
• Experience with one or more of the following: SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, XDR, Identity Security, Cloud Security, CNAPP, Endpoint Security, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations Platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing organizations with annual bookings exceeding $150M.
• Experience leading geographically diverse teams throughout the Americas.
• Proven track record of scaling organizations during periods of rapid growth.
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS companies is preferred.

• (Preferred Experience) Familiarity with SaaS subscription business models.
• (Preferred Experience) Experience with enterprise sales cycles involving $250K–$5M+ deals.
• (Preferred Experience) Relationships with Fortune 1000 customers.
• (Preferred Experience) Ability to create repeatable enterprise sales processes.
• (Preferred Experience) International sales leadership experience in Latin America.
• (Preferred Experience) Experience with channel and MSSP go-to-market strategies.
• (Preferred Experience) Background in selling platform-based cybersecurity solutions.
