Senior Vice President, Life Sciences Strategy Consulting

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to senior clients on intricate commercial challenges and influence the strategic direction of impactful engagements.

• Oversee projects related to market opportunity evaluation, commercialization, go-to-market strategy, competitive strategy, and customer strategy.

• Integrate strategy, behavioral science, data, AI, and technology capabilities to create unique solutions.

• Cultivate and enhance senior client relationships while recognizing emerging business needs.

• Identify and create new business opportunities.

• Establish new capabilities, offerings, and intellectual assets for the consulting practice.

• Link AI, data, analytics, and technology expertise to strategic solutions.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams of consultants, behavioral scientists, creatives, technologists, and data specialists.

• Mentor and nurture team members.

• Shape and expand IxI’s strategic consulting business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, psychology, or a related discipline.

• Over 12 years of consulting experience in life sciences.

• Increasing responsibility for client relationships, strategic engagements, teams, and business development.

• Experience in advising pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, or medtech organizations on intricate commercial and strategic business issues.

• Proficient in market opportunity evaluation, commercialization, go-to-market and launch strategy, competitive strategy, portfolio strategy, or customer strategy.

• Proven ability to cultivate senior client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.

• Proficiency in how AI, data, analytics, digital, and technology enhance strategic consulting solutions.

• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and team leadership abilities.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• An advanced degree is advantageous, though not mandatory.
