This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate trusted relationships at the enterprise level while aligning Coastal services with the transformation objectives of health systems, payers, and life sciences corporations.
• Act as a visionary leader within the Healthcare & Life Sciences ecosystem.
• Provide governance and executive oversight for critical implementations and key HLS accounts.
• Optimize resource distribution and team engagement based on HLS domain expertise and certifications.
• Establish compliant delivery frameworks and best practices adhering to HIPAA, GxP, and other healthcare standards.
• Oversee delivery teams, focusing on career development, mentoring, recruitment, and team utilization.
• Create reusable accelerators, integration schemas, and data models for patient engagement, clinical trials, and commercial operations.
• Own the HLS enterprise sales strategy, including bookings objectives, pipeline development, forecasting, and complex sales cycles.
• Supervise Statements of Work, compliance standards, data governance, scope, and deliverables.
• Recruit, employ, mentor, and lead an HLS-focused consulting team.
• Implement tools and resources for sales enablement.
• Promote collaboration between sales and delivery teams.
• Over 15 years of experience in Sales, Consulting, or Delivery leadership within the Salesforce ecosystem or a related SaaS environment.
• Strong focus on the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Providers, and Payers.
• Demonstrated ability to strategically partner at the enterprise level and manage extensive C-suite relationships.
• Experience in navigating highly regulated environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.
• Familiarity with clinical trial management concepts and patient/member engagement solutions.
• Proven track record of managing an enterprise portfolio with annual bookings exceeding $30M.
• Experience leading teams of 30 or more distributed individuals.
• Substantial experience in scaling quota-carrying teams.
• Experience in mentoring specialized industry consultants across various career stages.
• Outstanding presentation and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in navigating complex business and regulatory requirement gathering.
• Must possess full-time permanent US work authorization.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Health Cloud Accredited Professional, are highly preferred.
