This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Namibia.
• Assist the North America Managing Director in implementing the regional Go-to-Market strategy to foster profitable growth.
• Identify and secure revenue opportunities by engaging with and cultivating strong relationships with C-level and VP-level executives at target accounts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate demand and support campaigns, events, and other essential growth initiatives.
• Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities by leveraging your network, conducting cold calls, managing inbound leads from demand generation efforts, and pursuing other prospecting activities.
• Confidently showcase procurement service and product expertise to potential clients, clearly communicating the value of integrated solutions that encompass advisory, managed services, intelligence and analytics, and enabling technologies.
• Work in close partnership with Solutions, Product, Client Success, and other WNS teams to create compelling, value-driven solution proposals that utilize WNS Procurement’s full range of capabilities.
• Diligently maintain and manage a strong pipeline while providing reliable revenue forecasts to the business.
• Meet targets for pipeline coverage, opportunity conversion, and closed revenue by employing effective growth strategies, account planning, and disciplined execution.
• Lead successful commercial and contractual negotiations in conjunction with subject matter experts and legal resources.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with a minimum of 10-15 years of sales experience.
• A demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, including Category Management, Source-to-Contract, and Procurement Operations.
• Strong executive presence and skills in relationship development.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities.
• This position is based in the US; applicants must have full authorization to work in the US.
