Growth Marketing Associate – Prediction Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead the top-of-funnel initiatives for our prediction markets and crypto-exchange infrastructure business.

• Take charge of content creation, community engagement, and lead generation.

• Develop and enhance the Shift brand presence on X and Reddit.

• Manage our social media and written content calendar effectively.

• Collaborate closely with our sales and partnerships team to convert signals into actionable pipeline.

• Establish the benchmarks for brand development as we expand.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

• Proficient use of AI tools as an integral part of your workflow, including Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, n8n, Zapier, or their equivalents.

• You should be prepared to present at least one project you've created or delivered utilizing these tools.

• Possess a distinct public writing voice.

• Demonstrate genuine curiosity about prediction markets, cryptocurrency, and the future of trading infrastructure.

• A finance degree is not required, but you should be able to succinctly explain what a prediction market is and its significance in two sentences.
