This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Takes charge of the efficient and professional execution of call center representative duties.
• Handles customer phone inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Answers incoming calls promptly.
• Addresses customer questions and requests.
• Delivers tailored customer service by responding to individual customer needs.
• Maintains and updates customer profiles with their respective statuses.
• Collaborates with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Fosters customer loyalty by exceeding customer expectations.
• Assesses customer issues and offers logical, long-term solutions.
• Submits disputes for customers in compliance with Regulation E.
• Responds to all related emails.
• Takes responsibility for establishing and sustaining effective coordination and working relationships with other departments and management.
• Keeps the supervisor updated on significant issues.
• Communicates with the Fraud Department regarding potential fraudulent activities.
• Maintains strong working relationships with the operations department.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Proficiency in English and/or Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Capability to handle a high volume of calls and/or emails each day.
• Ability to distribute tasks effectively within a customer service team.
• Demonstrates attentiveness and patience.
• Strong time-management skills.
