This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.
• Directs the region and/or teams in alignment with the established values, ethics, and parameters.
• Develops and sustains client account strategies while ensuring implementation of action steps to achieve outcomes in client satisfaction and retention, service expansion, and utilization of the supplier network.
• Responsible for meeting all specified goals and objectives related to operational efficiency, revenue generation, and other success metrics.
• Actively fosters the growth of client relationships and participates in meetings and reviews as necessary.
• Collaborates with the Directors to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients at a global strategic level.
• Recognizes and executes process improvements for operational efficiency within client teams, tailored to client-specific needs while conforming to broader operational effectiveness objectives, including technology requirements.
• Fosters a successful environment through regular communication channels, including operational team meetings and strategic leadership meetings with regional directors and managers across all functional areas within the region.
• Collaborates closely with clients to address any concerns regarding the planned program and associated business goals.
• Performs Client performance evaluations and formulates optimization strategies with Operations; recommends actions for enhancing process delivery.
• Conducts analyses of Client profitability and provides optimization suggestions, particularly concerning contract/SOW terms and performance.
• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or Marketing.
• 15 - 18 years of experience in Client Management/Engagement.
