This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for providing comprehensive support to the Client Relationship Leader in driving integrated programs.
• Spearhead strategy and oversee the implementation of corporate, program, and product communications from late-stage development to commercialization.
• Serve as the main strategic advisor for intricate portfolio, franchise, and product communication initiatives.
• Establish the strategic direction for communication programs related to clinical development, regulatory milestones, data presentations, and commercialization efforts.
• Lead the creation of compelling, high-level communication plans that transform business and scientific strategies into coherent narratives.
• Identify expansion opportunities within current accounts and assist in the pursuit of new business initiatives.
• Maintain senior client relationships, fostering trust through sound decision-making and proactive counsel.
• Collaborate closely with internal and shared-service leaders to provide cohesive solutions.
• Oversee account operations, including staffing, workflows, and financial performance.
• Ensure teams produce thoughtful, timely, and strategic deliverables.
• Actively mentor and cultivate senior and mid-level talent.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in life science/pharma public relations, with agency experience preferred.
• Familiarity with late-stage clinical programs and both global and U.S. commercial launches.
• Understanding of regulatory processes, advisory committees, data and regulatory milestones, congress strategies, and KOL and patient communication initiatives.
• Previous experience in oncology is mandatory.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and client interaction skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong commitment to client confidentiality.
• Management of websites, graphics, and core communication resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
