This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the Sales & Account Management teams within the Ambulatory business unit.
• Develop and implement long-term growth strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Cultivate and manage client-facing relationships to expand the client portfolio.
• Lead portfolio sales and drive new business growth throughout the business development lifecycle.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences, accurate forecasts, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Design strategic go-to-market plans to compete effectively in the healthcare provider technology sector.
• Ensure reporting, accountability, quota fulfillment, and incentive tools are maintained.
• Collaborate across the organization as a leader and agent of change.
• Work in partnership with Product, Commercialization, and Operations executives to attract clients, enhance brand awareness, and stimulate growth across Ambulatory offerings.
• 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales or strategic partnerships.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in sales teams and organizations.
• Proven track record of leading software or technology services sales organizations at scale, including net-new logo acquisition and account management teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare provider ambulatory sector, market trends, sales cycles, software, data, technology services, and AI/automation.
• Experience managing complex go-to-market portfolios through substantial growth.
• Proven ability to implement intricate strategies and enhance data-driven sales operations.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a player-coach approach.
• Demonstrated success in generating demand from the ground up within health systems or similarly intricate clinician organizations.
• Capability to lead multi-threaded engagements at the C-suite level across clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders.
• History of closing large and complex deals over extended sales cycles.
• Experience in originating and developing new markets or territories.
• Familiarity with structuring innovative, non-standard commercial models.
• Understanding of health system economics and the ability to link operational changes to financial outcomes.
• Position requires 60% travel, averaging 3–4 days per week.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree; an MBA or MHA is preferred.
