
Senior Vice President, Ambulatory Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead and enhance the Sales & Account Management teams for the Ambulatory business unit.
β’ Develop long-term growth strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
β’ Manage relationships with clients and expand the client portfolio.
β’ Oversee portfolio sales and drive new business growth throughout the business development lifecycle.
β’ Provide exceptional customer experience, accurate forecasts, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
β’ Create strategic go-to-market plans to effectively compete in healthcare provider technology.
β’ Maintain accountability, reporting, quota execution, and incentive tools.
β’ Collaborate across the organization as a transformative leader and change agent.
β’ Work alongside Product, Commercialization, and Operations executives to identify and attract new clients.
β’ Enhance brand awareness in the targeted provider market and foster growth across Ambulatory offerings.
β’ 12β18+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare sales or strategic partnerships.
β’ 5β7 years of experience in leading sales teams and organizations.
β’ Proven track record in managing scaled software or technology services sales organizations, including net-new logo acquisition and account management teams.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the healthcare provider ambulatory sector, market trends, sales cycles, software, data, technology services, and AI/automation.
β’ Experience in steering complex go-to-market portfolios through significant growth phases.
β’ Background in executing intricate strategies and data-driven sales operations improvements, encompassing enablement, hiring, and productivity enhancements.
β’ Outstanding leadership qualities with a player-coach approach.
β’ Demonstrated ability to generate demand from the ground up within health systems or similarly complex clinician organizations.
β’ Capability to lead multi-threaded, C-suite-level engagements involving clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders.
β’ Proven history of closing large, complex deals over extended sales cycles.
β’ Experience in originating and developing new markets or territories.
β’ Familiarity with structuring innovative, non-standard commercial models.
β’ Understanding of health system economics and the ability to link operational changes to financial outcomes.
β’ The position requires 60% travel, averaging 3β4 days per week.
β’ An undergraduate degree is required; an MBA or MHA is preferred.
