📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare system clients on intricate projects

• Evaluate the performance of ambulatory revenue cycle operations

• Foster strong relationships with clients

• Identify avenues for financial and operational improvement

• Execute the product and service offerings in partnership with clients

• Collaborate with technology teams to enhance operational results

• Examine trends in business metrics and gather client feedback

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in ambulatory operations management and advisory services

• More than 7 years of experience in revenue cycle, including Patient Access and Billing

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale simultaneous transitions

• Proficient in conducting revenue cycle assessments, implementing systems, and optimizing operations

• Skilled in revenue workflow optimization and performance enhancement

• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
