Senior Vendor Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop or update policies and procedures to regulate key Enterprise or High-Critical third-party entities.

• Collaborate with current Enterprise third parties alongside IT, Legal, and business stakeholders.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with vital contacts at Enterprise third parties.

• Oversee the collection, review, inventory, and renewal processes for existing contracts within the Mergers and Acquisition sector.

• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout the procurement organization.

• Guide third parties regarding specific due diligence requirements in conjunction with business teams.

• Execute responsibilities in line with company policies, procedures, and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or technology-related project or account management.

• Preferably experienced in the software category or technology sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa or Netsuite is advantageous.

• Understanding of software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and vendor risk evaluations.

• Knowledge of indirect procurement within a mid-to-large-sized enterprise.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

• Proficient in relationship building.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere.

• Ability to be tactical while advocating for strategic advancements.
